Monday's Homeowner Meeting

I'm sorry that I wasn't able to attend the meeting on Monday night. Someone gave me a quick overview. All property owners should be getting more information about the assessments and increases in HOA dues soon. The golf course is being taken over by Mike Hooker with the intention of making it a private club. Golf members will have to pay an assessment to keep their membership. Property Owners Meeting on July 19

The Mount Vintage developer sent out the following announcement. We have no additional information at this time. A report will be posted here sometime after the meeting.
