Talmadge Knight writes: "Effective immediately, Plantation Alliance, LLC will assume full operational control of Mount Vintage Plantation Golf Club as well as the Athletic Center."

Ownership change

Bettis Rainsford announced today that he has sold all his interests in Mount Vintage companies to Talmadge Knight. That should resolve most of the legal issues between the partners. Apparently, Knight will be the sole developer in charge of Mount Vintage going forward.
